Our apartments are located in Pržno, former fishermen village in the vicinity of Sveti Stefan, a luxurious tourist complex. The property consists of 5 modern apartments with sea view, appropriate for both romantic and family vacations. Calming tones are chosen for decorating interior and they are perfect match to blues skies and Adriatic sea. Add to that mild Mediterranean climate and you get a perfect vacation! The space The apartment is located in newly-built building just 5 meters away from the sand beach. Even though it is on the ground floor, the guests are not deprived of sea view and pure joy of staring their day with a calming blue scenery. The space is divided into 2 rooms and a private bathroom. One of the rooms contains queen-size bed. The other room is equipped for more purposes: sleeping, sitting, cooking and eating. Queen-size bed and sofa can be used as a comfortable bedding. There is also a kitchen area with all appliances and utensils you need to prepare a simple yet delicious meals. Private bathroom is also a part of the apartment. It contains a shower, as well as free toiletries. We also provided fresh linens and towels for our guests. Guest access Guests can freely use everything inside the apartment. Free Wi Fi cable TV channels and use of AC (for heating or cooling) is also available. Other things to note COVID-19 update: Montenegro officially declared that in order to enter the country, visitors need to provide negative tests, not older than 48 hours. The city tax is not included in accommodation price. It is 1 EUR per adult per day and it is obligatory for anyone staying longer than 4 days. If a person travels between cities in Montenegro, city tax should be paid for each city separately. The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
