Dear guests, apartment is situated in the center of Posedarje, 20 km northern from Zadar. Apartment accomodates 6 people. House is 50 m away from the beach, 1 m from the restaurant, 50 m from the coffe bars, market, pizzeria. Apartment offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, roof terrace, 2 garages, backyard with patio, seasonal above ground pool and grill. One of the garages is equipped with toilet (with thumble dryer), additional summer kitchen and darts to play. The space House has 2 garages for guest's cars. On the day of the arrival guest must leave 100 euro of depozit in the case of destruction of the apartment. On the departure day host checks the apartment and if it is everything ok, host gives back the deposit money. Pool is available from 15th of June until 15th of September. Other part of the year pool is not available.Please note that the garden and BBQ are available only during summer season from 01.06.-30.09. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity of the doctor, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, post office, post fishmonger, butcher, and a park for children, so it is not necessary to use the car. Apartment has it's own garages. In a place are sand, gravel, concrete and rocky beaches.
