Cozy Country House – La Vera

Lovely Country House with swimming pool in a private plot. Ground Floor –Living/ Dining Room, big kitchen fully equipped and rest room, with walls constructed in granite stone. 1st. Floor – 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed (which converts into a double bed ) and main bathroom with bathtub and shower. Idyllic surrounding! The swimming pool season is from June to September, both included. The space In addition to the charm and the spaciousness, the House has a covered patio and beautiful garden. The property is located outside of the centre of the village where you will enjoy peace tranquillity. Guest access Enjoy hiking in a beautiful mountain setting. A walk of about 10 minutes you will reach the natural pool of crystal clear water coming from the mountains of the area. Around 20 m from the door, there is a small playground (one of the 2 that we have in the village) with swing for the children. Other things to note As additional information, I would like to highlight the proximity of the Monastery of Yuste, where King Carlos I of Spain and V of Germany spent the last years of his life. The area in general is incomparable for its beauty and its climate. There are countless gorges of fresh and crystalline waters in which you will escape from the summer heat. Ah, also mentioning its rich gastronomy! (Goat cheeses, sausages, meats, the famous paprika from La Vera, etc.) Ideal area to enjoy your family holidays.
