The backyard stretches across 170 plus feet of river frontage inviting swimming, tubing, fishing, boating or cooking your favorites on the gas grill. Enjoy and relax on the newly built bulkhead with wide steps making easy access into and out of the river. This sizeable home and property has three and a half bathrooms and four large bedrooms, each containing queen-size beds. The living room area also contains a queen-size sofa bed, and the master bedroom has its own large on-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The spacious living and dining areas display spectacular views of the beautiful yard and river below. The well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, double oven, glass top electric stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and all the dishes, cookware and utensils you would ever need. A laundry room, which includes a washer and dryer, and a generous supply of towels and linens are provided. This property will accommodate up to a MAXIMUM of 10 people. PLEASE NOTE: There is a three-night minimum on these holidays - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. Owner does live in a separate dwelling on the property, and is available if needed.
