The space The holiday apartment Spechtsboden C4 is lovingly furnished to a high standard. It offers on 100 square meters for maximally 6 persons place. The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a living-dining room. 2 balconies offer a wonderful view. The larger bedroom has a large double bed with open bathroom and "small" whirlpool. There is also a TV in this bedroom. In the smaller bedroom there are four beds. A bunk bed with integrated pull-out bed on the lower floor. In addition there is another single bed in this room. If you need another room you can also make yourself comfortable on the sofa bed in the living room. In the second bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. The modern kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, oven, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and much more. There are 2 underground parking spaces (No. 5 and 18) available for the apartment. For longer stays you will also find a washing machine in the house. Two dogs are very welcome! (One dog is charged at 6€ per night.
