Resort Villas Andalucia manages Villa Oleandro, a 4-bedroom villa located just a 20-minute walk (aprox.) to center of the charming village of Benalup. With wonderful views of the Natural Oak Park, private pool, large garden, BBQ and chill-out seating area and next to a 5-star hotel with a spa, golf and restaurants. The spacious villa is fully equipped for family vacations with AC throughout the house and Wi-Fi. Small pets allowed with a supplement (upon request). The space Villa Oleandro is a bright and modern four-bedroom villa for maximum 8 guests with wonderful views of the Natural Oak Park. Set over 2 floors, the entrance level offers a hall, guest toilet and to the left, a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The open kitchen leads down a few steps to the dining area and living room and chimney. The large sliding doors lead out to the BBQ area, outdoor dining and garden with private pool. This floor offers 2 bedrooms, equipped with built-in wardobes, mosquito nets and sliding doors leading to the exterior; the 1st bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, the 2nd bedroom with twin beds and walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is situated a few steps up, with twin beds, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor, with a huge balcony with unbeatable views, an en-suite bathroom with shower, twin beds and mosquito nets. The inviting private garden offers a shaded chill-out area, BBQ and outdoor dining table, side terrace with ping-pong table, private pool, sunbeds and lawn. Pool: 12 x 6m . Parking: At front of house, space for 2/3 cars. Guest access The villa is completely private for your use, including the pool and garden. Within the resort, you will find the Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa, which features an 18-hole golf course, an amazing spa and restaurants. Our guests can book green fees, spa treatments and dining directly at the hotel, with the corresponding rates applied. Other things to note The villa has a barbecue, but the fuel is not included. It can be easily purchased in the village of Benalup. Please note that we offer a 50% discount for monthly stays from October to May. Unfortunately, we cannot apply this discount for monthly stays from June to September.
