The space Just finished to be renovated at the end of January 2017 with all new floor tiles inside and outside, new bathroom with a big shower, exclusive sink, tiles with mosaics and big mirror, new tailor made kitchen fully equipped, great breeze patio for a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner..... High Speed Internet connection available with optic fiber stable and reliable with 300 MBps in download speed and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable and 120-260 MBps in Wi-Fi. It has a bedroom with a double queen bed, wardrobe and a ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer etc.; a beautiful bathroom with a sink, a big mirror, a toilet and a large shower. The patio has table, chairs and garden with lawn and trees around. Extras/Supplements: - Baby-cot/Crib and high chair available at a 10 USD per night supplement (to be paid in cash on the spot) including also the costs of linen, towels, water, gas, light etc.. - Air Conditioning available at a night supplement of 10 USD (max 12 hours) or 15 USD for more than 12 hours (guests needs to turn it off always when leaving the apartment)... Guest access This is a self catering apartment but we change the bathroom towels every 3-4 days and the bed linen every 7 days. Our guests have the garden at their disposal, including an external shower, cloth lines, hoses and relaxing areas. Next the property we have a big parking area...
