Renovated house with Sauna, Games, kids playground

Hello, and welcome to our airbnb page, we speak Dutch, German and English. Our house, named Dolce Vita Gerolstein consists of two separate apartments.. One called Dani and the other called Luca, Dani is renovated in 2019/2020 and Luca in 2021. Both houses are totaly separated from eachother so there is a maximum of privacy. This add is about Dani. The space We rent out our house in the Vulkaan Eifel in the quiet and green village of Gees, 2.5 km from Gerolstein. Gerolstein is a medium-sized town that has all amenities such as shops, restaurants, swimming pool, playgrounds, etc. For hikers and cyclists, there are many possibilities. We can of course always be helpful with tips about the area/activities, and you can also find a lot on Tripadvisor. The house is over 100 years old and has a large garden. The first part of the garden is fenced so that children can always play safely. In the garden, you have a clear view of the greenery and the mountain, and you can walk to the meadows and a stream (also fun for children) or to the Geeser Drees (300mtr), a natural water source for which the Vulkaan Eifel is known. We have divided the house into 2 houses called Dani (8 people) and Luca (5 people), both houses have their own entrance, garden and facilities. Luca is on the ground floor and Dani on the 2nd floor. The house Dani has been completely renovated for a year and has all the comforts. Due to allergies, the house is pet and smoke free. We hope you respect this. Dani has 4 bedrooms, suitable for up to 8 people. Babies or children up to 2 years old sleeping in a crib are free. We have 1 baby cot available, please indicate in a message if you would like to use it. There are 2 single beds with a higher entry and 3 spacious double beds with comfortable mattresses. There is also one Simba Mattress, especially for people with back problems. In fact, the house has all the amenities that one is used to at home, there is a large modern kitchen with dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto and toaster. There is a large dining table for 8, the spacious sitting area has a large TV with Netflix, satellite channels and a Chrome Cast with which you can watch all (Dutch) channels. Toys, games and children's DVDs are available for the children. In the basement, there is a 4-person Infrared Sauna that you can use. Linen, towels, heating, electricity, etc. are included in the price. The large garden with a sandbox for the children, large trampoline and playhouse with slide and 2 swings are part of the house Dani. House Luca has its own garden and play areas, so the gardens are completely private. Behind the garden is a large field with a football goal that tenants of Dani and Luca can both use, and the children can also watch the neighbor's goats from here. For the adults, there is also good news because in the garden you can enjoy a BBQ and there is a large covered veranda where you can enjoy the beautiful view, peace and a drink. Dani also has a large lockable indoor garage where bicycles, motorcycles and possibly a car can be parked safely. There is some material available if you need to carry out minor repairs. In the stairwell, take 2 stairs to get to Dani's entrance. The apartment Dani consists of 2 floors. The large bathroom and 1 bedroom are located on the 2nd floor, all other rooms are located on the 1st floor.
