At Dolce Vita Gerolstein, you can enjoy peace and quiet and lots of space. Our house, which is more than 100 years old, is located in the quiet village of Gees, just 2.5 km from Gerolstein. From the garden you can walk directly to the meadows, a small stream and into the woods. The space Dolce Vita Gerolstein consists of two completely independent apartments: Dani and Luca. Both apartments have their own entrance, their own facilities and their own garden. This ad is about Dani. Dani was completely renovated within a year. The result is a comfortable and modern apartment combined with the atmosphere and character of a more than 100-year-old Eifel house. The apartment is located in the green village of Gees, where you can relax wonderfully. At the same time, Gerolstein is only 2.5 km away. There you will find, among other things, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a swimming pool and playgrounds. From the garden, you have an unobstructed view of the green countryside and hills. Behind the garden are meadows and a small stream that you and the children can easily walk to. About 300 meters away is the Geeser Drees, a natural spring characteristic of the Volcanic Eifel. -> A garden where children can still really play The large garden is completely private and offers plenty of space for playing and romping. Part of the garden is fenced and has: a large trampoline a playhouse with a slide Two swings Behind the garden, there is also a large meadow with a soccer goal that can be used by Dani and Luca's guests. From here, the children can also watch the neighbor's goats. While the kids play and romp around, the parents can relax on the large covered porch. A barbecue, a drink and the view over the green landscape make this a wonderful place to end the day. -> 4 bedrooms – maximum 8 people Dani has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. The bedrooms have: 3 spacious double beds with comfortable mattresses 2 single beds with higher access 1 Simba mattress for added comfort and support 1 baby bed on request Babies and children up to and including 2 years old who use the crib stay free of charge. -> Spacious living room After a day of hiking, biking or exploring the area, there is plenty of space to relax together. The living room has a spacious sitting area and a large TV with Netflix and satellite channels. You can also stream content from your own smartphone via Chromecast, including Dutch TV channels. There is a large dining table with space for 8 people. Toys, games and children's DVDs are available for children. Everything you need for a relaxing stay The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has: Dishwasher Combi microwave (no oven) Fridge Freeze Ketler Coffee machine Dolce Gusto Toaster This allows you to have breakfast in peace in the morning and cook and eat together comfortably in the evening. -> Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included in the price. Relax after an active day The Volcanic Eifel is a beautiful area for hiking and cycling. After an active day, you can relax wonderfully in the 4-person infrared sauna. Dani is also an excellent starting point for cyclists and motorcyclists. The apartment has a large, lockable garage in the building where bicycles, motorcycles and, if necessary, a car can be parked safely. In addition, some materials are available for minor repairs. We are happy to help you with tips for beautiful routes in the area. -> Pet-free and smoke-free Due to allergies, Dani is completely smoke- and pet-free. We kindly ask you to respect this during your stay. As Dani's guest, you have full and exclusive access to the apartment and its private garden. Dani and Luca are completely separate from each other and each have their own entrance, their own facilities and their own garden. -> Good to know The entrance to Dani is at the back of the house and is accessible via the garden. To access the apartment, you will need to take two flights of stairs. Dani is located on two floors. Most of the rooms are on the second floor. The large bathroom and one bedroom are located on the second floor. Please keep this in mind if you have difficulty climbing stairs. In the stairwell, take 2 stairs to get to Dani's entrance. The apartment Dani consists of 2 floors.
