Guest access Guests have full access to: • The entire apartment and its private balcony with ocean views. • A 25-meter freshwater pool and a children’s splash area. • The building’s basketball court. Direct access to Isla Verde Beach. • Underground secure parking for one car. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Additional Note: Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address.
