Other things to note This two-storey villa consists of 3 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with a kingsize bed, 1 with a queensize bed and one with 2 queensize beds and a kingsize bed) a as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include WiFi, fans, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (upon request). One of the favourite spots of the guests is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor area, with a beautiful garden, an 80m² pool surrounded by sunbeds and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outdoors in the large dining table. You will find a selection of restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of San Joan, just a five-minute drive away (2.3 km), while the closest beach, Cala Estany d’En Mas can be reached after a 34-minute drive (33 km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport are a 32-minute drive away (36 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are NOT allowed.
