On the ground level, you’ll find a 2-car garage with plenty of space to store your boogie boards, fishing poles, and other beach gear. The laundry room is also on this level and there’s a convenient half-bath accessible from the garage. Outside, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off all the beach sand before coming inside. On the middle level, your family will rest comfortably in one of three bedrooms. As you walk in the main entry, a King Master Suite with an attached full bathroom is located to the right, facing the ocean side. Across the hall, a Cozy Queen Bedroom with a private covered deck and another bedroom featuring a fun Pyramid Bunk – the perfect place to put the kids – share a full bathroom that is accessible from the hall. Outside, a covered front porch faces the Beach Road and includes a Picnic Table for alfresco dining or an outdoor game of cards. On the top level, you will be left in awe by the fun, beachy décor and wonderful ocean views.
