Newly renovated Studio Apartment Barbaresko

This studio apartment is renovated in winter 2019/2020 and we hope you will like it. We tried to add everything you may need so you can feel like home: dishwasher, new fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, new furniture, and outside furniture as well. The studio is air-conditioned, with Sat Tv and free Wifi, located on the top floor of a dalmatian stone house with an amazing roof terrace with a view to the village and the sea. Space is 35qm, big enough for two or three people. In case you have a baby, our baby bed is at your disposal and free of charge. A double bed with a new mattress is 160 x 200cm length and the sofa can be pulled out as an extra bed for 3rd person ( 130x 200 cm). You can use a backyard, a very quiet and nice place for relaxing, especially in the morning time. Also, barbeque is always available for you in the backyard. The public parking place is just in front of the house and free of charge. Along with the bed linen and towels, we add beach towels as well and umbrellas in case of raining weather. Also, many books, journals, maps, and Lumbarda book guide. The entrance in the apartment and space inside and outside is just for you and you don't need to share with other guests or with us. The location is just perfect. Just 50 m to the center (bakery, post office, supermarket, bus station, restaurants) and 100 m to the nearest beach and marina Lumbarda. As we have central heating, the apartment is available for rent for the whole year. We hope you will enjoy our apartment and our beautiful Lumbarda too! (There are approximately 15 steps that lead to an apartment so it is not suitable for people who have difficulties with walking.) Available whenever necessary! We hope you will have a great stay and your feedbacks are welcome. Our neighbourhood is very friendly and close to everything you might need. There is fish market just a few meters from the apartment, children's playground, supermarket, restaurants, etc. Just in front of the apartment there is a big public parking. Bus station is just 50 meters from the apartment. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
