Right off the living is the small, but private back patio with five Adirondack chairs. Back inside, the dining table seats up to four lucky guests. Be the start of the group and surprise everyone with delicious meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. There is a half bathroom on this level to add even more convenience. Climb up the spiral staircase and you'll find the second and upper level of this home away from home–two bedrooms and a full bathroom await. The shared outdoor pool will be everyone's best friend, especially during warm days. Things to know: Gas fireplace not available to guests *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
