The living area includes an open plan kitchen/lounge space with a fantastic wood burner, supplied with firewood. This newly designed cottage is located near Eely Point and Bremner Bay, surrounded by a private garden with well-established Kowhai trees. It's only a short drive or an easy walk to the town centre and lakefront, making it an ideal family holiday home. Recently constructed, the modern furnishings complement the cottage's rustic charm. The living area has an open plan kitchen/lounge space, complete with a great wood burner, and firewood supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils and tableware. The heat pump will keep the house lovely and warm, while the fire is perfect for those cold winter nights. During the summer, the outdoor dining area provides a sheltered retreat. All beds and bedding are new and of excellent quality. The second bedroom has two very comfortable long single beds that can conveniently join together to make a king-sized bed. The bunk room is well-designed and perfect for children. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
