Vacation home/mountain hut in a beautiful panoramic location with sauna and summer pool. Ideal accommodation for summer and winter. The pool is open from May to September. The house is centrally located to the most famous and excellent ski centers in western Tyrol. The tiled stove and the parquet flooring made of stone pine in the living and dining room as well as the wooden floors convey a cozy and homely atmosphere, just a chic hut. The space The cottage sleeps 12 people. The sauna and the outdoor pool invite you to regenerate. Thanks to solar panels and a heat pump in conjunction with a canopy, the summer pool can be heated to a pleasant 25 degrees in May at appropriate outside temperatures. (Open from May to September). We will of course be happy to provide the Christmas tree with decorations. Enjoy a fantastic backdrop during the day in summer. You are in the pool and enjoy the wide view of the peaks of the Tyrolean mountains. The swimming pool can be illuminated at night in summer and offers an excellent evening atmosphere through underwater lighting. Have your drink in the pool. Outdoor music is just as much a part of it as the Internet thanks to Wi-Fi. Relaxation is guaranteed. What else is there to wish for? Good mood and nice people around you. Treat yourself to a visit to an alpine hut, a short trip to Innsbruck or Merano (stop at Lake Reschen), a visit to the Swiss duty-free area of Samnaun (cheap refueling, cheap purchase of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products as well as branded cosmetics), a Silvretta visit to Galtür via Ischgl or a gondola ride, e.g. a sunset ride on the nearby Venet to the mountain summer evening in the panorama restaurant. By the way, in summer with the Premium Card, free mountain railway ride at any time during opening hours. Or are you interested in a tandem flight? Find ideal bicycle or motorcycle routes via our nearby passes. Whitewater rides with canyoning, visit the mystical gorge in Zams. Also interesting would be a visit to Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens or Area 47 in Roppen, especially popular with young people with climbing walls, diving tower, events with live music groups and much more. Our guests also like to visit the Alpine Coaster in Imst, a fun train ride in the mountains. In Fiss you will encounter the Fisser Flitzer or the Skyswing and for the little ones a playground in the middle of the mountains. Extended bathing season: Due to the roofing of our 8 m x 4.50 m swimming pool and the connection to a solar collector system in conjunction with a heat pump, we can extend the bathing season at appropriate outside temperatures (min. 20 degrees). Even in bad weather, bathers can use the swimming pool, as the swimming pool hall stores the heat and swimming guests can enjoy bathing in the wind. In very good weather, the swimming pool can be used until almost late autumn. Good tip: saunas, showers and then to the swimming pool. Pure bathing pleasure. It's hard to believe. Due to the excellent weather situation, we were able to open our swimming pool in mid-April. The water temperature was 28-29 degrees at that time. On April 28, 2007, the water was 29 degrees warm and of course invited you to swim. Of course, the swimming pool is open during periods of good weather (min. 18-20 degrees) as early as possible. We would like to extend the swimming season. Further ski information: The winter sports region TirolWest is the ideal starting point for the most famous Tyrolean ski arenas such as St. Anton, Ischgl, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Kaunertal Glacier, Nauders, etc. Waving on the World Cup tracks in St. Anton, a winter highlight in the world-famous ski area of Ischgl, conquering Switzerland and Italy with skis from Tyrol - everything is possible! The impressive ski safari increases the adrenaline level of the piste tigers. Party lions recharge their batteries with refreshments in the many hearty huts. Ski 6 – the ski pass for 6 ski areas in and around the holiday region TirolWest with over 340 kilometers of slopes: ski area Venet, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders, Kaunertaler Gletscher, Fendels. Particularly suitable for children are the ski regions on our local mountain Venet (5 minutes away) in Zams, See (15 minutes), Kappl (20 minutes) and Serfaus, Fiss (20 minutes). Easy handling with rental of ski equipment on site on or near all surrounding ski slopes. Of course, après ski is a must!
