The house comes with a living space of approx. 65 m2, spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and an open-plan living area including a couch, a kitchen and a dining table. Corkscrew stairs lead to the attic featuring one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The living area on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning. There is one additional bed (90 x 190 cm) available for 1 child up to 10 years of age which can be either set up in the living area or in one of the bedrooms.
