Shared Laundry located across the hall from the unit. **Please note that main access to the unit is through bedroom 1** The entire building has recently been converted into condos as a part of an ongoing revitalization project of the historic state hospital grounds. Additionally, you have a reserved covered parking for one vehicle, and many outdoor parking spaces are available for any extras. *Cell Service can be spotty in the unit due to the type of building, but there is WIFI to connect to!* Other things to note Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
