The ground floor features two living rooms, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a WC. On the first floor, you’ll find four large bedrooms with double beds, two of which also feature a sofa bed or single bed. One bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while a separate bathroom with a bathtub is also available. A gym area, equipped with all the necessary tools, sits between two bedrooms. On the second floor, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and stunning views. - Villa 2 (400m²) Villa 2 offers its own paradise with sprawling living areas and cozy bedrooms. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, two living rooms, a additional WC and one bedroom with a large double bed along with its private en-suite bathroom, .
