Farm Home- Lower Level Studio & Bath

Our 1920's home sits in the heart of Lake Country on 40 acres. We are 5 min. from I-94, the Glacial Drumlin Trail & Lapham Peak. A great place to stay when in town for a wedding or Harley event. Our lower level was built in 2013 when we moved our home. It is an open concept living space with a queen bed, a twin trundle, a full private bath, kitchenette, sofa, two chairs and a 60" tv. Enjoy sun rise with a cup of coffee on the front porch. Shared entrance, we go up and you go down. The space You will enjoy the entire lower level studio with full bath and kitchenette. The main entrance is shared, we of up the stairs and guests go down. The space is nice and bright with south facing windows. Guest have access to the outdoor seating areas. If you need to borrow anything (lawn chairs or a cooler for example) just ask! Guest access As our guest you will have complete access to the lower level. We have an outdoor porch with seating. You will also have access to our gym (in an outside building without heat or AC) which includes a weight machine, treadmill, elliptical, AB bench and TV. Other things to note The lower level is accessed via a shared entrance with the house. Guests must be able to maneuver stairs. There are 10 stairs to the lower level. The kitchenette contains a small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, hot plate and eating and cooking utensils. No oven or stove.
