Built in the early nineteenth century, this country house was acquired and recently made over by the current owner, Mr Acero Giuseppe. The complex includes two units fully independent from each other and about hectare of land used as vineyards and orchards. Adjacent to the house there is a swimming pool for adults and a small children's pool connected by a waterfall. The house is about 3 km from the Statale Flaminia road. The space The property is a totally made-over three-floors developed building that is still keeping its authentic country features: the arcade, the pigeonhole, the wood oven, the internal chimney etc... The building is divided in 2 indipendent living units, 150 square metres each one and it's fully furnished of all the most necessary facilities to guarantee a comfortable stay. A MONTE flat (one of the 2 living units) can host up to 7 people as it has 2 double rooms in which it's possible to add an extra bed under required; one extra wooden loft-bedroom with 2 single beds and one 40 square metres living room with chimney, and a wide area out of the house. A VALLE flat can host up to 6+1 people that can find a good accomodation with 2 double rooms (one of these available with bunk bed), a huge living room with chimney,a bathroom with shower-box and a wide area outside out of the building.
