Villa Kathrin is a charming one-level home in San Jaime, Benissa coast, with a well-kept Mediterranean garden and large terrace around the private pool. Just 1 km from Ifach Golf, 2.5 km from a supermarket, and 4 km from Moraira’s beaches and centre. Offers sunbeds, BBQ, shaded dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, central heating, and parking. The space Villa Kathrin is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable, with a private pool with sun beds, and a BBQ area adjoining a shaded spot with a stone table and chairs for al fresco dining. The entrance is to a large living room with TV + DVD, and we continue to a glazed and very sunny dining room with a dining table, from there we access the pool, the terrace and the gardens. Inside the house, we find a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in an outside utility room), three double bedrooms, all of them with A/C, all three share a full bathroom and a shower / WC. Central heating for cooler nights and a car park. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!!
