Enormous, light filled, beautifully furnished, 3 br apartment in a quiet, leafy cul de sac, right the middle of St Kilda. Within walking distance of everything that St Kilda has to offer - the beach, St Kilda pier, Acland Street, shops, restaurants, Luna Park, trams (numbers 96, 16 and 12). Garden area with an in ground solar heated pool, trampoline, BBQ and eating area. Ideally suited to families (with kids), couples, business travellers, big groups, and furry friends (pets). The apartment sleeps 8 with existing bedding, and I can supply an extra two mattresses if needed. It is ideally suited to families, with a garden area with an Olympic size trampoline, heated in ground swimming pool, and the famous St Kilda Adventure Playground one minute's walk away. I can supply a cot and change table if needed, also: toys, kid’s movies, books, games, Xbox and WiiU. All three bedrooms are large, with ample cupboard space. All rooms have heating and air conditioning. The living space is really huge - with a spacious couch area, and two dining settings, which in total seats 12 people. Outside has a BBQ and outdoor eating area, including table/chairs as well as a lounge area…ideal for sipping gin and tonics on a warm summer’s night. The apartment's location is simply incredible; away from all the noise in a court off a cul de sac, but at the same time right in the middle of St Kilda, within a stone’s throw of restaurants, the beach and more. No need to catch a tram to see any of St Kilda's attractions, simply walk out the door and everything is a short stroll. Everything needed for your stay is included - washing machine, iron, ironing board, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, myki cards, maps, even towels for the pool! There is a cupboard full of toys, including a huge container of lego. The apartment has two separate entrances, ideally suited to large groups, with a large sun filled entrance balcony. It has heating and air conditioning in every room, off street car parking, (essential in St Kilda if driving), and has Wifi. The apartment is one of only two in the block. The apartment is the entire first floor of the building. The only other apartment is downstairs, where I live. I lived in this apartment for 13 years (which is how I know how amazing it is) and now live downstairs in the only other apartment in the block. I am available to assist in any way needed, including recommendations for dining and activities, supply of any child related or other item, but also respect visitor's privacy - so you won’t see me unless you want to. St Kilda is a vibrant inner city suburb of Melbourne. St. Kilda is famous for its beach life and its world class bar and resturant scene along Acland and Fitzroy Streets. It is easy to access all parts of Melbourne from St Kilda - the city is only about 6kms away, and is easily accessed by tram. The Grand Prix is walking distance away. For more information see (URL HIDDEN) The apartment is less than a minute's walk to tram no 96 (to Brunswick - via city), tram no 16 - (to Melbourne University via the city) and tram no 12 (to Richmond). There are also buses just around the corner - 246 - Elsternwick - Clifton Hill via St Kilda, 600 - Southland Shopping Centre - St Kilda Station via Sandringham, 606 - Elsternwick Station - Fishermans Bend. There is off street parking for those who have a car.
