Lower level of a private family home separate from the family home with its own entrance. Approximately 30 minutes from Hocking hills and 10 min from Ohio University 2 Private Bedrooms, Private Bath, living room, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette, and shared use of an additional bar room that is heated and air conditioned. The bar room is an open floor plan that has a Pool Table, Fridge, Bar, and 65-inch flat screen TV, Use of a Gas Grill & Fire pit and a covered patio with a hot tub. The space Often described as a place that is like a home away from home and a place that the photos don't do it justice (I'm the photographer) This home is nestled in a hillside of Wayne National forest and as the owners we can and will work with any special accommodations that you might need. Many local attractions in the nearby towns of Nelsonville, Burr Oak Lake, or Hocking Hills. Very private location but close to many attractions. We have firewood for the fire pit, gas for the grill, and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook a delicious meal after hiking at Hocking Hills. The bar room is a great place to unwind with a fire in the fire pit right outside the door. The hot tub is a great place to relax and enjoy the evening in under a beautiful covered patio area. Enjoy the hot tub in any weather. There is a pool table, fridge, TV with cable, bar, and is fully furnished. At the back of the property, you can't help but notice Archie and Stella our two miniature donkeys. We have plenty of treats for you to give them and trust me when I say they love a lot of attention. Guest access Guest will have access to a private drive, Pool table, Gas grill, Fire pit, Hot Tub, Full Size Fridge, Microwave, Coffee pot. Many extras. We will provide your Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, an extensive coffee bar, a hair dryer, Trash bags, Need something.... just ask. Anything we can do to make your stay carefree we will try to accommodate. Other things to note We have three very friendly outside dogs, They are loose most of the time. They sleep in a secluded Kennel at night.
