Enjoy panoramic unobstructed ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, or on the back porch while lounging back and reading a book. KITCHEN AND DINING Enjoy an updated kitchen with beautiful Corian countertops and custom cabinets. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table seats 6. LIVING AREAS In the main living room area, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on a comfortable sofa sleeper couch with a chaise lounge and an oversized armchair sofa sleeper. Sit back and enjoy the 50” LED flatscreen mounted on the wall at the end of a long day in the waves. Cable with FREE extended channels such as HBO and Showtime is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The master bathroom features a custom tiled walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. SLEEPING D17 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves crashing at night. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and both bedrooms have cable TV. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. *Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
