Whitehouse Cottage - Great Paxton

Whitehouse Cottage contains four bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, together with a family bathroom and a downstairs shower room. The house has been tastefully updated with all the conveniences of the home. Whitehouse Cottage is the ideal retreat, offering guests the opportunity to relax and unwind in this beautiful setting whilst still enjoying an excellent central location to St Neots, Huntingdon, Cambridge and London. The space A gorgeous Leisure 110 Range cooker is provided in the cottage. There is a pantry to provide additional storage. Additionally, we have a sizable utility room that is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a Samsung American fridge freezer with water and ice. A downstairs shower room is located right off the utility room. There is a large pine table and chairs as well as a corner sofa in the living/dining room. All of the bedrooms include wooden beds with nightstands, chests of drawers, and wardrobes. There are four bedrooms at the Whitehouse Cottage. There is a King en-suite room on the ground floor. A King room with an ensuite is located upstairs. a King-sized room as well as a double room which both share a family shower room located upstairs. There are two living rooms, one of which has a corner sofa and a pine table and seats eight people. The second one has French doors leading to the garden and is at the back of the home. A flat-screen TV and a leather sofa with three and two seats are also available. There is a large courtyard outside where two to three vehicles can be parked. We welcome visitors to use the gas BBQ in our gorgeous garden, which also has plenty of seating. However, we do ask that it be properly cleaned after each use. (Please be aware that this garden is shared with the owners who reside next door to the property. However, when the property Is booked out the owners do not use the Garden for guests privacy) The Property is located on the B1043 so does get some road noise. Please note, Outside the Property, there is a Ring Camera device overlooking the carpark. Guest access We have FREE wifi at the cottage. There is parking for up to four cars in the Courtyard and a great garden with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. As you walk into the cottage you enter into the Lounge/Dining area with the kitchen to your left We do ask all guests to remove their shoes when entering the building and wash their hands There will be hand sanitizer as well. There is seating for eight around the farmhouse dining table and corner sofa with a TV on the wall. This leads through to the rear lounge with two sofas and french doors to the garden and tv on the wall. There are flat-screen Freeview TVs in all the rooms. We have one ground floor en-suite bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs. Other things to note We do ask guests to respect the property and our neighbours at all times. Please leave the cottage in the same condition as you found the cottage when you booked in. We do not allow any parties at the property. Whitehouse Cottage has the potential for noise as we are located on the B1043 road from St Neots to Huntingdon. There is also the mainline London to Peterborough railway which runs alongside the road. We also have a gravel driveway to the side of the house so all these could potentially give rise to traffic noise. As we are a rural location there are no pathways to St Neots or Great Paxton.
