You'll enjoy two furnished balconies in the summer and fall, an easy walk (or ski) to the slopes in winter, and a perfectly central location with access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts! ( Pool/Hot Tub is closed from 9/22-11/28) This condo is located in the heart of Arrowhead, 100 yards north of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Don't feel like cooking? A variety of restaurants, bars, and breweries are scattered across the immediate area. In addition to the slopes of Arrowhead, you'll find skiing and snowboarding for every skill level a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (three miles east) and at Beaver Creek (five miles east) and Vail (14 miles east). Hiking, river sports, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county. Things To Know: Pool/Hot Tub is closed seasonally Late September-November and April-May Arrowhead at Vail STR License | #STR-265 Guest access When you arrive, you'll stop at the Arrowhead front gates and let Public Safety know your arrival dates and expected length of stay. They'll register you, explain community rules, and issue a hangtag for your vehicle - display it on your windshield with the expiration date visible. Registration is valid for up to 2 weeks and must be renewed if you're staying longer. After registering, head to the property: turn left onto Sawatch Drive and look for the second driveway on your right, across from The Seasons building. Enter your garage code at the keypad, stay right, and follow the Spruce Tree signage. Park in the underground garage (entrance just past the main lodge entrance - turn right once inside). Your unit is on the second floor. Enter your access code at the keypad on the door; a green light means the code is accepted. Then open the door using the handle. Other things to note The property has access to Arrowhead's community amenities. There are four tennis courts near the main entry and two more courts in west Arrowhead. A dedicated ski locker is available for your equipment - your code is provided in your check-in details. Using the locker keeps hallways and common areas clear for neighbors and avoids HOA fines. The community pool and hot tub are available seasonally (closed late September through November and April through May). The pool code and access information are in your check-in details.
