The apartment sleeps up to four people, with two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a cosy and fully furnished living-dining room with Smart Tv, as well as a completely equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room there is access to the terrace where you have at your disposal another table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals accompanied by the refreshing breeze of the Mediterranean Sea. Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable. Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day. Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00. Remark 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day. Remark 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure. Remark 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
