The space This fantastic apartment, very bright and modern, designed in white, is equipped with everything you may need for a fabulous stay in Barcelona. It has air conditioning, free wifi, player, TV, beach mats, and parasol, and features: DOUBLE BEDROOM with a comfortable bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. BATHROOM with bathtub. LIVING ROOM with a large sofa, which can be converted into another bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. KITCHEN, fully equipped with more than you can imagine! Oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ice cream maker, waffle maker, blender, juicer, and a champagne cooler! It also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a shopping trolley. TERRACE overlooking the communal area, it is the perfect place to dine on a cool summer night, enjoy an energizing breakfast while listening to the birds singing in the trees, or keep an eye on your children while they enjoy the pool. There are 6 additional chairs with two extendable tables on the terrace. We provide bed linen, towels, hand soap, and basic amenities. *We also provide a crib, booster seat, and an air mattress for a 5th guest, all upon prior request and subject to availability. We organize transfers to and from the airport. Guest access It is located on the 1st floor of a modern residential building, with two available elevators, a concierge 6 days a week, a communal pool of 18 meters plus a children's pool, a playground, and a garden area. Other things to note This apartment has the official tourist license from the local authorities. The local tourist tax is not included. The tourist tax must be paid at the current rate at check-in time. It costs €6.88 per adult over 16 years old per night, with a maximum of 7 nights (An increase to €9.35 per person per night is expected as of October 1, 2025). *Supplement for late check-ins starting from 8 p.m.: Check-in from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €30 supplement.
