With a surface area of 30 m², it is composed as follows: - Entrance on the ground floor via the living room with a sofa and a high table for dining, a functional kitchen equipped with hotplates, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, fridge, washing machine, etc. - The shower room with toilet is also on the ground floor. - Access to the mezzanine via a staircase where you will find a sleeping area with 2 single beds. The (enclosed) garden (1000 m²) is accessible and can be shared with the owners. Free parking on site. Baby accessories (cot and high chair) available on request. Pets are accepted.
