LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM Bathed in natural light, it welcomes you with a cozy fireplace featuring a wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa – the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. A flat-screen TV offers entertainment and relaxation. Adjoining the living room, the dining room welcomes you for shared meals. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere and natural light that bathes this space. THE KITCHEN It is equipped with everything you need: microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, pressure cooker, food processor, sauté pan, and much more. Prepare delicious meals using local produce and enjoy them in the adjoining dining room, where the friendly atmosphere invites you to spend long hours together. ROOMS The three bedrooms of the cottage, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, promise peaceful nights in a serene atmosphere. HALF BATH AND FULL BATH A shower room with shower, sink, and toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink, and a second toilet add a touch of convenience to your stay. PRIVATE TERRACE AND GARDEN Enjoy sunny days on the private, fenced-in terrace of the Les Lilas vacation rental. A picnic table, BBQ, lounge chairs, and an umbrella invite you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. As an extension of the terrace, enjoy the private garden with its swing and slide for special family moments. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2- Experience the Present Moment in the Landscaped Park For those who enjoy activities, we offer, in conjunction with our other cottages, a range of recreational facilities, including 6 bicycles, a pool table, a foosball table, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, and a mini-farm with adorable little animals to delight your children. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3- Services Designed for Your Comfort To make your stay easier, we provide you with the following free of charge: -> A maintenance kit including essential products such as dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, laundry, garbage bag, and toilet paper. -> In addition, upon reservation, a baby kit including baby beds, high chairs, bathtubs, and baby pots is also available. -> Stay connected with free WIFI Internet access in all our cottages, allowing you to share your memorable moments or plan your next adventures. -> Water, electricity, and heating included (within the limit of 50 KW/day in winter) -> Tourist tax included (€1.32 per person per day). 4- Optional services: Cleaning and bed linen For even more comfort, opt for our cleaning service at the end of your stay or choose from our linen rental options. -> Bed linens and pillowcases are not included, but can be rented on-site for an additional fee, or you can bring your own bed linens and towels. (€10 per person for bed linens and €5 per person for towels.) -> The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the accommodation rate. The Lilas gîte extends over the entire ground floor of the house via an independent entrance located in front of the house. The rental also includes free parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note Pets welcome: Your four-legged friend is welcome at an additional charge of €5/pet/day, with prior reservation.
