The space The central location is what all our guests appreciate most. '59a' has a great 'sun trapped' mezzanine for your morning coffee! Seaside and seasonal home touches with welcome gifts await our guests. Fully equipped to self cater for longer stays & work travel. We have recently started to refresh the downstairs courtyard which guests are welcome to use. It is a secure outside area to lock up your bikes if you are having a cycling holiday. Guest access You have exclusive access to this accommodation. Other things to note Our flat is located in a conservation area on one of the main routes into one of Kent’s finest coastal resorts and just half a mile from the Town centre. Please be aware we are situated 5/10 minutes from the main highstreet that leads to the beach and harbour so there can be traffic noise at times. The bedroom is at the front of the property with street lighting but we have blinds, black out curtains and double glazing to make your stay more comfortable. We do have some lovely adjoining neighbours who are busy with their family life so there are some times you may hear children. There is also some home renovation work being carried out in the vicinity but this should not affect your stay, any works should be carried out during regulated business hours. We have planning permission to convert the empty shop below into a residential property so we have plans to convert this into another airbnb in 2025. Whitstable is not a sleepy seaside town it is vibrant day and night and can be busy at times!
