The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building. Check in is extremely easy. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Your in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either. Surface parking lot right next to the building. parking deck a block away. Street parking. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price. HEATING AND AIR: This is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
