License No. ST-2020-0198 The space Our house is set up as a duplex but you will have access to the guest's apartment through a separate entrance. The kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom are on the main floor and the two bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. You have to go through the first bedroom to get to the second one. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, counter top burner, coffee machine and electric kettle. Plus, all the other utensils necessary to prepare a quick meal or warm up food. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and olive oil are provided.
