Location The apartment is in Machico city centre just 50 m from the sea and about 4 km from the airport. Within walking distance there are shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. The apartment has easy pedestrian access to city centre, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. Remarks Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels. Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged. People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island. Car park is suitable for smaller cars. Large cars have accessibility constraints. There is a street passing near the building where there is potential noise from traffic, mainly during the day and if windows are open. There is also potential for noise caused by dogs in neighbouring properties and public festivals in the city centre.
