Ideal for couple. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING before booking The space 🧩 EQUIPMENT: - 1 REAL comfortable queen size bed 160 x 200 in MEZZANINE (access by miller's ladder) with sheets - 1 sofa padlocked in sitting position (does NOT open) facing 4K TV - Orange Livebox & NETFLIX - Kitchenette with microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, Nespresso, toaster, kettle & tea towel - Bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, 1 bath towel/pers. - Ironing kit - Necessary on site to START your stay (no restocking in progress): 1 new roll of toilet paper + "hotel-style" welcome products (shower/shampoo and soap) + 2 coffee capsules, sugar, condiments. 🧩 The studio is on the 2nd and top floor (= no neighbors above:) and is accessed by a spiral staircase. ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️ BASIC PHYSICS REMINDER: HEAT RISES!!️❗️ It is therefore almost impossible in a mezzanine studio to have an "ideal" temperature at the same time upstairs and downstairs. - IN WINTER: you will need to adjust the heating thermostat according to your activities. - IN SUMMER: the fan will be necessary in the mezzanine (+ Velux open for the heat to escape). Guest access Someone will give you the keys on site (I live in Paris but I will always be reachable if necessary). No additional guests allowed The studio has been deliberately furnished for a couple: THE SOFA DOES NOT OPEN (locked in a sitting position by a padlock. Other things to note 🖊 HOUSEKEEPING: The studio must be returned in an acceptable clean condition (trash taken out, refrigerator emptied, dishes clean and wiped). 🖊 NO SMOKING 🖊 CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00 Check-out: before 11:00 AM - Arrivals between 8:01 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. possible by appointment only (possible surcharge of €15 on arrival). We are flexible on check-ins when possible. TO BE VALIDATED BEFORE BOOKING. 🖊 PARKING: Parking is complicated throughout the city center. Before each stay, I provide a parking plan with the free streets to help find a spot. However, luck and/or patience remain your best assets for a free spot near the studio in season, the bridges and school holidays of zone C (Paris).
