ACCESS: When arriving at the place, you must announce your arrival at the guardhouse, with the security guards at the main entrance. They have a list with your names to give access and a card for the car. 2. LA ISLA SECURITY DEPOSIT The condominium requires visitors to make a $5,000 pesos (CASH) deposit, which must be made in cash at the administration office located inside the Club House. The receipt given to you must be presented at the reception desk of the GRAN CAIMAN Tower to receive your IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS. IMPORTANT: The deposit will be returned to you upon departure when you hand over the receipt. (please don't forget it) Office hours: 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM. If you leave earlier, you must close one day before your departure for the return. 3. IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS AND KEY. Go to the GRAN CAIMAN Tower. At the reception, show your deposit receipt and you will be given identification bracelets for each adult and children over 5 years of age, as well as the access key to the apartment. You must wear your bracelets at all times during your stay to receive pool services and to access the facilities. NOTE: In case of loss of the bracelet, each one costs $500 pesos that will be deducted from your security deposit. In case of losing the key, it will cost $700 pesos. DURING YOUR STAY: CONDOMINIUM SERVICES AND SUPPORT: 1. TRANSFER CARTS INSIDE THE COMPLEX. Request them at the building's reception. They can take you to any section of the complex.(BEACH, POOLS, EXIT TO THE MALL) 2. SUPPORT IN UNLOADING LUGGAGE. Park the car in front of the reception to unload luggage. 3. HELP WITH UNLOADING GROCERY BAGS. Park the car in front of the reception to unload purchases. 4. FILLING WATER CONTAINERS ($). If you need a new water jug, ask for it at the tower's front desk and they will take it to the apartment. It costs $60 pesos. 5. ICE BAG FILLING ($). If you need an ice pack, ask for it at the tower's front desk and they will bring it to the apartment. It costs $70 pesos. INSIDE THE APARTMENT: 1. POOL TOWELS. For the pool and beach area, use only towels embroidered with the apartment's number in white. The cost for losing or staining the towel will be $500 pesos per piece. Bath towels are NOT allowed for use at the pool and beach. 3 CLEANING SERVICE: The person responsible for cleaning the apartment will show up as agreed. • The cleaner brings their own key. You don't need to wait for them or leave them a key 4 LAUNDRY: The use of the washer and dryer will be the responsibility of the cleaning staff ONLY 5. For the best operation of the AIR CONDITIONER: • The minimum temperature is 20 degrees Celsius. • It should not be lowered any further as it would start to drip. • When switched on, doors and windows must be closed for proper cooling. • If you're going to be out of the apartment all day, turn it off. It cools very quickly, so when you arrive in a few minutes after turning it on, the temperature will already be pleasant. • If the living area is not used at night, turn it off too 6 If you need to fix something in the apartment during your stay, you can request it at the building's front desk. FACILITIES: Using your bracelet, you have access to ALL condominium facilities: PREPAID CARD FOR USE IN POOL AND BEACH AREAS: At the GRAN CAIMAN RECEPTION upon arrival you will be given a WHITE CARD WITH THE NAME OF THE APARTMENT, You can use it to top up your money to pay for what you consume in the pools and/or beach. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. It can be recharged at any building reception. And if you have a credit balance when you leave, go to the same reception and ask for your cash And when you leave, leave the card AT THE RECEPTION along with the bracelets. Cost for loss $300 pesos SWIMMING POOLS: You will find different pool areas within the complex. You can use the one you want. POOL SERVICE: there is a restaurant service (simple menu) and bar in the pools, right there you can order and pay with the prepaid card… they have very affordable prices. CASH AND CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. YOU CANNOT TAKE FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE LOUNGER AREA. If you want to bring food or drinks down, you must sit at the tables that are located in the palapas of each pool. A direct reservation is required at the clubhouse reception to use the gym, swimming lane, playroom, cinemas, tennis courts, and paddle GYM: You must wear your bracelet and bring a towel to enter. People who break the rules have a negative impact on the safety and harmony of others and may be subject to the corresponding penalties, which are set out below. Everyone is expected to behave appropriately in keeping with a family-friendly and convivial atmosphere. Some of the important rules for your knowledge and safety: • It is mandatory to wear the visitor's bracelet to use the facilities and common area. Upon departure, the bracelets must be returned in full. In case of loss, each bracelet will cost $500.00 pesos. • The condominium does not have lifeguards in the pools, so use at your own risk. • A swimsuit is mandatory to use the pool. • The use of coolers in the pool area is prohibited, as well as glasses, plates or glass bottles in these areas. • Games that by their nature require running, shouting must be carried out in the areas designed for them, always making sure not to disturb the residents and other visitors. • Floats, balls, toys, or other objects should not be used in the pool, maximum 120 cm., in length or circumference, not restricted in the river and slide pool. • It is not allowed to set aside a sunbed or palapas. • Towels used in the pool area must be white with the development's logo. • Pets are not allowed in the garden area, swimming pool, and beach area delimited for lounge chairs/hammocks. • Anyone wearing a diaper is not allowed to use the pools (babies must wear a special swimsuit, if necessary they can be purchased at the administration office). • Swimming at the beach is at your own risk, even with lifeguards present. • Each area of the condominium (Pool, Beach Club, Clubhouse, Parking, etc.) has its own rules of use and operation that must be respected. • If you are a visitor and plan to receive other visitors, access will only be given with the owner's prior authorization to the administration, always without exceeding the capacity of persons authorized per apartment. • Keep music and noise down on the terrace, especially at night. For your safety and that of others in the beach area, do not buy food or drinks or rent ATVs, jet skis, tables, chairs, umbrellas, or any type of furniture from people outside the condominium. Avoid infecting yourself and others. Let's take care of the integrity of the people in the condominium. All condominium staff and/or visitors must abide by the rules established for them, as well as their registration with the administration. If you have any special requirements that conflict with the regulations, please contact the administration and, if necessary, a special permit will be granted if applicable. “Failure to comply with any of the rules mentioned herein and/or the additional rules contained in the regulations, will be subject to the notices, economic warnings agreed in the various condominium meetings.” Fines are envisaged for the apartment that violates any of the following bylaws: • Ice chests in pools or use of towels other than white $3,000 2nd warning. • Pets in restricted areas and elevators $3,000 2nd Warning. • Use of inflatables of unauthorized dimensions (Max. 120cm) $3,000 2nd Warning. • Service personnel and/or nannies using pools $5,000 2nd Warning. • Towels and/or clothes hung outside (balcony railings) $3,000 2nd Warning. • Disturbing the peace and excessive noise on terraces (parties) $5,000 2nd warning. • Throwing trash off balconies and spitting on neighboring terraces $5,000 2nd Warning. • Pets in swimming pools $15,000 DIRECT FINE. • Driving above 25km/h in parking lots $2,000 2nd Warning. • Use of ATV, motorcycle, golf cart or automobile on bike paths and pedestrian paths (Bali to beach club section not included) $5,000 2nd Warning. • Bringing vendors into common areas and/or concessionary beach areas without management authorization $3,000 2nd Warning. • Use of common areas without a badge/bracelet $1,500 p/p 2nd Warning. • Parking in a foreign place (unless it is with the consent of the owner or the administration) or Parking in a place for the disabled for more than 15 min. $2,000 2nd Warning. • Any other offense under the regulations $1,000 2nd Warning
