Kindly be advised that admiring this breathtaking scenery necessitates navigating a steep driveway! In the winter months, visitors must be ready for the fact that accessing Lakota’s main entrance will necessitate a 4 wheel drive on snowy days. Snow removal services will only be offered if there is an accumulation of 3 inches by morning. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests for each day they violate these rules.; WPSTR# 005454 Guest access You have use of the entire vacation rental. Plowing is only provided if more than 3" of snow has fallen by the morning. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
