Minimum age to rent is 27. Up to two dogs max for add’l $75 fee. Awe-inspiring views afforded by being near the top of the mountain. Minutes from shopping/dining in convenient South Asheville, less than 20 minutes from downtown Asheville & 15 minutes to Biltmore Village and Estate. Hot tub! For hiking and nature enthusiasts, a 300 acre nature preserve with walking paths is steps away from the cabin. The great room has gas fireplace, leather furniture, rustic tables and a 50” TV w/ Netflix. The space One level living and open great room with amazing views make this log cabin truly unique. One king bedroom with attached 3/4 bathroom. A second king bedroom and the third with two twins (trundle bed) with a 3/4 bathroom in-between. The wrap around deck overlooks the surrounding woods opening up to incredible valley and long range-mountain views. 6 person Leisure Bay hot tub spa with waterfall and lights situated on the deck for maximum viewing pleasure. The well-equipped kitchen with a center island has all the modern large appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee makers (a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker) and basic spices. The dining table seats eight comfortably. There is a gas fireplace in the great room for those chilly mountain evenings and central A/C for those balmy mountain evenings. Charcoal grill, picnic table, bistro table, propane fire pit and lots of deck seating to take in the stunning views. Guest access The entire main floor is open to guests. There is an locked, unfinished basement that is used to store supplies. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood and our neighbors are mostly elderly and appreciate the peace and quiet of this neighborhood. This is most definitely not a party house and parties are not allowed. This is a house where we hope that our guests will appreciate the stunning views and nature that abounds here. Bear sightings are possible! Holiday stays require a 5 night minimum.
