The urbanization has a restaurant right next to the marina, a small supermarket and a very nice beach. Only a few minutes drive away you can reach the well known lighthouse of Maspalomas next to the promenade of Meloneras with its cafes, restaurants and shops. From the Lighthouse of Maspalomas you can reach the famous Dunes of Maspalomas with only a few steps. No type of celebration/event/party is allowed. Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
