Magnificent villa, totally renovated, located in the belt of Granada. The space Finca La Cabaña, with an area of 5,000 m2, is located in Gójar, in a quiet area of the Granada belt, next to the Sierra Nevada natural park and 8 km from the capital's downtown. Enjoy extraordinary views over Granada, the Sierra and the Vega, centenary gardens, a tennis court, large saltwater pool, barbecue, chill-out area, golf green, parking, etc. The center of the village of Gójar is just 500 meters away, where you will find all the necessary amenities. The Villa, whose design is attributed to the prestigious architect Carlos Pfeifer in the 1960s, has been completely renovated, preserving the spirit of La Cabaña in its large living room, where its unique 2-meter diameter fireplace, stone walls and high wooden ceilings stand out. It has a dining table for 14 people, a 75” TV, large sofas, and a sound system. The seven bedrooms, spacious and cozy, five of which have an en-suite bathroom and two with their own bathroom, have been renovated with a much more contemporary design, featuring three suites with a private outdoor terrace on the top floor. The kitchen, measuring more than 25 square meters, is fully equipped with a separate pantry, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, 90 cm oven, chest freezer, refrigerator, etc. In an outside building, there is a laundry room, clothesline, and ironing room. The ground floor is fully accessible, and has a perfectly adapted bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the front outdoor area, overlooking the magnificent garden, there is a large, conveniently furnished porch with extraordinary views over the city of Granada, and the saltwater pool with an area of 160 square meters distributed in an area for children and adults, and a maximum depth of 180 cm. In the southern part of the house, there is a splendid barbecue, a solarium or chill-out area, and parking. The property has its own water well and is equipped with photovoltaic panels for energy generation and a modern aerothermal system for air conditioning that provides heating in winter and cold air in summer. It is an establishment equipped with the most advanced techniques, environmentally friendly and practically self-sufficient in supplies. Free WiFi available throughout the house. The surroundings of the property allow us to enter the Sierra Nevada Natural Park and are ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The Santa Clara Golf Club in Otura is just a few kilometers away. The bus stop to connect with Granada and the rest of the surrounding municipalities is at the door of the property, and the journey to the center of Granada does not exceed ten minutes. Access to the A-44 Coastal Highway is 2 kilometers from the property, Sierra Nevada ski resort 25 km, Granada airport 37 km and Granada's Costa Tropical just 60 km away. It is an ideal space for long stays, family gatherings, groups of friends, business meetings, etc. and enjoy the outdoors of the different activities offered, while Granada, the city of La Alhambra, one of the most visited monuments in Spain, is just ten minutes from the property. Other things to note Finca La Cabaña has a standard capacity for 16 guests, accommodated in 7 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, we have up to 3 extra beds and 2 cribs available, always upon request. There is a surcharge of €15/night for an extra bed and €10/night for a crib for the use of these items. We can also provide extra sets of towels for a one-time surcharge of €5 per set.
