Our 3 bedroom villa is situated within a quiet and exclusive development on Royal Deeside adjacent to Inchmarlo Golf Centre which has a 9 hole course and driving range. On-site is Sutherland's Patisserie offering delicious sweet treats or a light lunch. A 15 min walk will take you into Banchory town centre where there are many restaurants/supermarkets and shops to cater for all your needs. There are many golf courses in the area as well as opportunites to fish, shoot, hillwalk and ski. The space Located on the ground floor are 3 twin bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers and a full length mirror in each one. One twin bedroom is an en-suite which can be converted to a superking bed and there is also a family bathroom. Upstairs is the very spacious living/dining/kitchen area which has a balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif if the weather allows! There is also a 43" smart TV for you to watch, sit back and enjoy your favourite programmes. Guest access Keysafe code will be given prior to arrival and keys will be in the safe left of front door.
