Imagine chilling at a holiday cottage overlooking the confluence of three rivers, where everyday worries become a distant dream. Let it all slip away with the retreating tide, and just be... The space To the front, there is a small decked area which is ideal for alfresco breakfasts. This leads into the lounge, which is well equipped with a log burner, TV, books and games. To the rear of the cottage there is a new kitchen/dining area, which is well equipped for home cooking. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, which share a traditional Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a spacious and light double bedroom allowing you to watch the river as you lie in bed. The second bedroom is a cozy single, which also serves as access to the rear garden. There are steep stairs leading to the rear garden featuring two separate seating areas, which both benefit from the amazing river views. The upper level is great for kicking back and lying down on those hot summer days when a little shade is welcome. The lower, patio area is more open and offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing in the tranquil surroundings of Cornish countryside.
