Our house is located in the railway village of Castejón, a historic municipality and communications enclave, very close to Senda Viva and the Bardenas Reales Natural Park (biosphere reserve) By staying at Casa Melchor you will enjoy advantages such as a free wine tasting at the Bodegas Marqués de Montecierzo in Castejón (As long as the Covid restrictions last, the price will be €3/adult and a silkscreened glass of wine will be given away) and 30% discounts on entrance to the "El Romeral" sports facilities. In its 180 square meters of usable housing you will have space to cover all your needs. In the semi-basement you will find an incredible 90 m2 cellar/txoko distributed in an open space, fully equipped and decorated, with its fully equipped kitchen, toilet, bar, seating area, recreational area with foosball among other things, long wooden table, pellet stove, giant TV area, fireplace with oven… where you can spend hours sitting by the warmth of the fireplace, while chatting or enjoying some good grilled lamb chops. The house's exterior, completely renovated in 2016, has a large plot of about 150 square meters, with an incredible wooden pergola/porch, lawn area, garden furniture, barbecue, children's accessories, etc. The house has a large living room with a wood stove, air conditioning, flat screen TV, double sofa bed and all kinds of amenities. In addition, the house has three bedrooms, one of them a “suite” type with a private bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and another bedroom with bunk beds for 3 people that children love. A fully stocked kitchen and another bathroom complete this accommodation where you'll feel at home.
