The space The apartment is on the 10th/last floor and from the terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the ocean, golden sandy beach, and of El Saladar Natural Reserve, one of the last remaining areas in the Canary Islands to host plants able to survive the high tides and many kinds of birds, squirrels and other animals. The 37 square metres studio apartment was completely renovated in 2014. It has a terrace facing the beach, a spacious living room with a sofa, a wide doble bed, a wardrobe, wide bathroom with shower and a kitchen area with pantry, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. It is provided with: Air Conditioning, TV and satellite antenna (Spanish, German, English, French, Dutch channels), safe-deposit box, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board, hair dryer, pots, dishes, kitchen accessories, sheets, blankets, bath towels, fan, welcome pack. The building has elevators, renovated completely in 2019, however they reach the 7th floor and so you have to climb the last three floors on foot. Guest access You can reach the beach beyond El Saladar Natural Reserve in 10 minutes on foot: just cross the road and take a wooden path until the lighthouse (see last picture). Near the lighthouse there are a beach cafe and some beach facilities. Once you arrive at the beach, you can reach the old town by turning right and walking along the shore for about 20 minutes, or you can simply turn left and walk undisturbed on the golden sand for many and many kilometres. Other things to note Morro Jable, Fuerteventura’s southernmost town and from the airport it takes about one hour by car or two hours by Tiadhe public bus and the bus stop is next to the lighthouse about 300 m far from the apartment. Besides a shuttle service is provided by Shuttedirect website. If what you like it is a relaxing beach vacation, you don't need a car because the beach and all the services are very close.
