Villa Con Vista is a newly built villa on the hill of Tsikalaria, in Chania, with a magnificent view of the architectural landscape adapted to the natural environment. Ping Pong table and Sauna are now available for guests. Modern and minimal villa with an endless view of the entire region of Chania. Located on an altitude of 110 meters for a complete panoramic scenery from just about all the angles of the villa. Various sitting exterior sitting areas allow guests to find their favorite spot for their alone time. On the main floor of the building is the living room/ dining room, open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a full bathroom with a walk in shower that serves the bedroom located on the upper floor. From the main living area, large sliding doors open up fully and give direct access to the outdoor spaces and the pool. A level above is the loft bedroom with a spectacular view that can accommodate 2 people. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom, the second with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed upon request), and the third with a double bed. The second and third bedroom are serviced by a bathroom in which there is a hydro massage. All three bedrooms an the lower floor have direct access outside with a sitting area. The villa is equipped with all the facilities that any modern home may have. A storage room is also located on the lower level where guest can store their luggage, and find some basic items like an ironing board with an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and some cleaning products. Guests will have access to the entire villa and its exteriors. Access to the sauna is available for guests at an extra charge. The heated pool is charged extra and it’s optional. For 7 days the charge is 500 euros. We need to have a three day notice Four days to charge of €350. The strategic location of the villa offers the visitor immediate and quick access to important points such as: General Hospital Agios Georgios (4 km), the airport (15 km), the port of Souda (4 km), the national road (2 km) which leads to beautiful beaches of the island such as Falasarna, the Elafonissi, Balo and many others which you have yet to discover. Located just 7 km from the town of Chania, yet far enough to give the feeling like you are away from it all. Best way to get around is by renting a car. The beauty of this unique location is that you will not be disturbed by any street noise, since the villa is located on its own little hill that has a private road that leads up to it. Therefore, don't expect to wave a cab down to pick you up, or a bus stop anywhere close by. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa and its exteriors. The heated infinity pool is available year-round. A seasonal fee may apply depending on the period of your stay. Please feel free to ask for details before booking. Additional welness amenities, included the sauna, are available for an enhanced stay. Other things to note Please note, guests are required to pay the enviromantal tax upon arrival in cash.
