Other things to note NEIGHBOURHOOD RESPECT My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, inside and outside the house so we can continue to respect our neighbours. Strictly no parties/hen/stag dos. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. PARKING There is parking available on the driveway for 1 car, plus space in the neighbouring streets for additional cars to park free of charge.
