Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note NEIGHBOURHOOD RESPECT My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, inside and outside the house so we can continue to respect our neighbours. Strictly no parties/hen/stag dos. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar.
