The space This modern townhouse offers spacious living spread across three floors, ideal for families or groups. The property features two double en-suite bedrooms, a third double, and a fourth bedroom with two single bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. A house bathroom is located on the first floor, with additional toilet facilities on the ground floor for convenience. ✨ The Space ✨ Upon entry, you'll find the large, fully-equipped kitchen, which leads into the open-plan dining and living area. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note NEIGHBOURHOOD RESPECT My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, inside and outside the house so we can continue to respect our neighbours. Strictly no parties/hen/stag dos. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. PARKING There is parking available on the driveway for 1 car, plus space in the neighbouring streets for additional cars to park free of charge. DURING YOUR STAY My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
