Family Apartment with swimmingpool in Chianti

Athena is a delightful villa with access from the central stone paved courtyard. To the back of the villa is a covered furnished pergola. There are wonderful views through the tall cypress trees to the back of the property and over the Chianti hills. The space Inside is a spacious open plan terracotta paved room. The well-equipped kitchen is directly in front of the sitting area which comprises a large comfortable sofa and two wooden armchairs. To one side of the room is an oak dining table and four chairs. Off the back of the dining area is a spacious bathroom with shower. A second door leads to a small hall from which one reaches the two bedrooms. The first is a charming double bedroom with lots of light coming through two windows, and the second is a small single room ideal for a child. The terrace is separated from the terrace of Athena’s neighbour, Urania, by several tall potted plants. An interconnecting door between the two villas means that, if necessary, they can be rented together. Urania is a villa for two with a pretty covered pergola, and is entered from the central courtyard. Inside is an open plan room with a well equipped kitchenette, a large comfortable double sofa above which there is an exposed stone wall providing the room with much of its original character. The centrepiece of the room is a round table with four chairs. Passing under a typical Tuscan terracotta arch and down a couple of steps one finds the spacious bathroom with shower. There is also plenty of space in the bedroom which is furnished with a pretty iron-frame bed, armchair, mirror and double wardrobe. The terrace is separated from the terrace of Urania’s neighbour, Athena, by several tall potted plants. An interconnecting door between the two means that they can be rented together. Guest access The pool is located up several stone steps behind the laundry room. It is protected from the hamlet by a high stone wall and iron gate. The other three sides of the pool are open with a cypress and fir trees. Surrounding the pool is a large terracotta sun deck dotted with several umbrellas and sunbeds. Above the pool is a second, rarely used car park. There are some views of the Chianti hills through the cypress trees. Other things to note GENERAL CONDITIONS Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included. Final cleaning: 161 euro to be paid at the end of your stay. The Security Deposit is 250 Euro or equivalent in your own currency, this will be held by the owner for the duration of your stay. Any damages plus heating/air conditioning, where applicable, costs will be taken from this with the remainder returned at the end of your holiday.
