The space The concept of Urban Beach apartment came from the proximity of this lovely holiday home to the beautiful Estoril beaches and its urban setting. The apartment has been decorated in keeping with this. Within the different areas be sure to find themes influenced by neutral sandy colours which contrast with blues, greens and greys, like the sand, sea and rocks. You’ll find Urban beach spacious with lots of natural light and many beach(y) influences such as the unique art on the walls along with other decorative elements. Each area has its own personal touch. This holiday home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The twin bedroom has a large window with lots of natural light but also offers electrical shutters so you won’t be disturbed by light in the morning, air conditioning and has a built-in closet. Here you will find the blue tones which will remind you of floating on the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom, has an en suite bathroom with 2 large windows and access to its own personal deck where you may find a small table that seats 2, ideal for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day; this room’s décor is influenced by the fine sandy beaches. Guest access We will give you a proper welcome on your arrival by meeting you with the keys at the property and showing you around. Other things to note Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee: From 20:00 to 23:00 - €30.00 After 23:00 - €60.00 Tourist Tax: Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals.
