The kitchen has new cabinets, tiled counter-tops, new appliances, and 2 seats at the counter. The living room has large picture windows with a view of the slopes, gas fireplace, new carpeting. One full The space This one-bedroom condominium presents an appealing vacation rental opportunity, accommodating up to four guests and providing convenient ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes at Winter Park Resort. The kitchen has been updated with modern features, including new cabinetry, tiled countertops, and tile flooring. It is furnished with new appliances, has two counter seats, and offers an unobstructed view of the main living room. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. This unit boasts stunning views of the skier's corridor through the large picture windows, enhanced by a gas fireplace, indicating that the emphasis is not on the flat screen TV. The living and dining areas are adorned with new carpeting installed in February 2019, and the comfortable sofa can serve as an additional sleeping space for children in your party. You can easily access the private deck, where you can enjoy the tranquil forested scenery and savor some quiet moments. A Queen Murphy bed located in the living area can be hidden away to optimize living space during the day and can be unfolded in the evenings to offer a cozy sleeping arrangement. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and provides a view of the forest. The primary bathroom is situated in the shared hallway of the unit. The unit is situated on the fourth floor of the building, one level beneath the skier access in the D building. Guests may reach the unit via the elevator located in the building’s lobby. Access to each floor is provided by an elevator and guests can take advantage of the available covered parking. The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities. It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail. It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises. NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them. WPSTR license: STR5494 Other things to note NO AIR CONDITIONING Electronic door code for entry. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. All guests must complete registration form to provide credit card, email and phone number. Please use contact information inside of the unit to communicate directly with us - these emails and phone numbers are better than the app. There is only 1 parking pass available for this unit. Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail. All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property. Pool is currently CLOSED. All amenities on property that are listed below: hot tubs, work out facility, game room, business center. Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay. IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
