A few minutes away, guests will find the promenade at street level, the Bonmont Golf Club (18 holes, 5 km away), and spectacular coves and beaches. ☀ The space Rentalmar Gavina d'Or offers beachfront apartments in Miami Playa, ideal for enjoying a quiet stay by the Mediterranean, on the seafront and in one of the most relaxed areas of Miami Playa. Perfect for families, couples, or getaways on the Costa Dorada. Guest access The community has a community pool for the exclusive use of guests, open during the summer season, from mid-June to September. Guests have free public parking and paid parking nearby. During your stay The keys are handed over at the Rentalmar Miami Playa Reception, Av. Barcelona 128, Miami Playa, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and with an additional charge. Please inquire at the front desk. Cleaning products and consumables are not included during the stay, although a cleaning kit is available at the front desk. The tourist tax is €1.93 per adult per night, and children under 17 years of age are exempt. Upon check-out, the units must be left with the walls clean, the garbage placed in the containers, and in generally tidy conditions. Please respect the neighbors and the complex rules. Other things to note Maximum capacity of 6 people in our apartments; under no circumstances may the established maximum capacity be exceeded. Check-in is after 4:00 pm, and on the day of check-out, guests must vacate the property before 10:00 am, leaving it clean and ready to check out, with the garbage placed in the containers on the street. The rules of coexistence must be respected and respectful and considerate behavior towards the other guests and neighbors must be maintained at all times, moderating the volume of conversations, televisions and music. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am.
